My experience at Johnsons Ford Tamworth could have been better because I had to chase getting spare key working for car. Purchased with only one key working. Left message with garage but no call back.
I had a great experience at Johnsons Ford Tamworth because I sent an enquiry about the car and got an appointment the next day. I dealt with Paul from start to finish, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained everything.
I would not recommend Johnsons Ford Tamworth because I was totally displeased with the salesman Paul Bywater. We took the car in after purchase because we wern't satisfied with th repairs to the Bodywork. I doo appreciate Paul was dealing with a customer but we were kept waiting for about 30 minutes. Paul completley blanked us during this wait (check your cctc footage !).Paul originally told us the "damage" would not be visible but this was not the case. We had to get the Manager involved to get the car resprayed. We agreed a date and time to take the car in for repair but Paul was not in that day and nobody appeared to know anything about the reapair !.
